Dublin homes for sale: Stunning one-bed apartments under €300,000
Have a look at these one-bedroom properties on the northside and on the southside

Dublin house hunters looking for one bedroom homes under €300,000 can find some charming properties right now - and we have found a few at varying prices.
One bed properties usually require a 20 per cent deposit as opposed to the usual 10 per cent deposit for first time buyers, however a property expert has said people should check with their lender or mortgage broker to confirm as it does vary.
We had a look at four properties — two on the northside and two on the southside — and found some great homes on sale for under €300,000. Please note the following homes are up for sale by private treaty and the costs listed are guide prices.
Scroll down to take a look at the four one-bedroom homes that are currently on sale for under €300,000 in both north and south Dublin.
