A popular northside cafe has announced its closure in heartbreak to locals.
Andersons Creperie in Drumcondra will be shutting its doors permanently. Owners Trish and Noel took to Facebook to announce the sad news.
They said: "It is with great regret that we announce that Andersons Creperie has closed down permanently. It’s been a really difficult decision for us and we’re so sorry for the loss of jobs and for no longer just being there for the local community.

"We would like to thank all staff and customers who have been part of this special place since 2006. Here is just a sample of some photos of the happy days we’ve spent here."
Heartbroken customers took to the comments with one person saying: "So sad to hear this!! We love coming…we were only there yesterday!! Will be sorely missed!"
Another person said: "I am sincerely sorry to hear this. Andersons Creperie was a stable of our family visits to see my sister and her family in Drumcondra. It’ll be sorely missed." A third person added: "Ah so sorry to hear this. Always loved your cafe, especially the gorgeous pancakes. Wishing the staff all the very best for the future."
Trish and Noel reassured customers that Glasnevin food hall and cafe, Andersons The Rise will continue to operate.
