Breakdown on north quays
There is a broken down car on Custom House Quay inbound, LiveDrive on Dublin City FM reports. It's blocking the main lane approaching the lights at Memorial Bridge. Delays of 5 minutes on the approach.

M50 lanes reopen following crash
All lanes are now open on the M50 southbound, as the crash at Junctrion 4 Ballymun has been moved to the hard shoulder. There are long delays of 40 minutes remain from Northern Cross, reports LiveDrive on Dublin City FM.
