EuroMillions results Ireland: Lucky Dublin player scoops up a tidy €500,000

Dubliners have been urged to check their tickets as a lucky player won a whopping half a mil in the latest EuroMillions jackpot

A lucky Dublin punter will be celebrating after winning a whopping €500,000 EuroMillions jackpot.

The winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased on Monday, September 25 at Dunnes Stores in the Northside Shopping Centre on Oscar Traynor Road in Dublin 17. The winning numbers in the Tuesday EuroMillions Plus draw were: 01, 13, 18, 23, 33.

Dubliners have been urged to check their tickets by the National Lottery. A spokesperson said: "We are encouraging all of our players who may have purchased their tickets at Dunnes Stores in the Northside Shopping Centre on Monday to carefully check their tickets today as one player now has a ticket worth a staggering €500,000.

"The winner is advised to sign the back of their ticket and to keep it safe. They should make contact with our prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for them to collect their prize."

While over 41,000 players in Ireland won prizes across the EuroMillions and EuroMillions Plus draws in last night’s draw, there was no outright winner of the €40,110,282 jackpot on offer. Friday night is set to be a big night for EuroMillions players all over the country with the jackpot guaranteed at an astonishing €130million.
