A Fun-packed family Sunday is in store at a charity emergency services open day this weekend.
The Frontline MoBros, the official Movember Team of the Frontline and Voluntary Services, are putting on a fun-filled Sunday for all ages at Phibsboro Fire Station. In a post on their Instagram page they wrote that children will have the exciting opportunity to step into the shoes of frontline heroes for a day.
Young ones can embark on an adventure exploring fire engines, garda cars, and army vehicles, and have the chance to meet real-life heroes from the Dublin Fire Brigade, An Garda Siochana, the Defence Forces, Mountain Rescue, and more. The event will also feature an iconic red American fire truck, adding an extra touch of excitement. In addition to the thrilling experiences, there will be balloon modelers to create whimsical shapes, a delectable crepe stall offering delicious treats, and a selection of refreshments for everyone to enjoy.

All donations made on the day will go towards supporting the Front Line MoBros Movember campaign, making it a fun and meaningful event for families while contributing to a worthy cause. It's a day where children can not only have a great time exploring emergency vehicles and meeting real-life heroes but also play a part in supporting a vital campaign for men's health.
The event will take place on Sunday, November 19 at Phibsboro Fire Station, from 11am to 3pm.
