H&M is set to expand in Liffey Valley with the addition of a new homeware section next month.
Home Concept first launched online in 2009 with home textiles, and it has now become one of the retail giant’s fastest-growing divisions. The new homeware section will offer furniture, textiles and more when it opens inside the existing H&M store.
An official date has not yet been revealed, but Dublin Live understands it is expected to open in November. Klas Degeryd, Head of Expansion at H&M UK & Ireland said: “We are delighted to be giving our much-loved Liffey Valley store a refresh , of course, to bring our home offering to Dublin.

“This will be the largest H&M store in the area, where customers can enjoy both the latest fashion styles and contemporary interiors through our curated seasonal collections, in a newly designed store which celebrates our fashion heritage, style and creativity.”
The homeware section is also set to feature self-service checkouts. And Liffey Valley's H&M store is the first in Dublin to welcome homeware items, which comes after H&M Home opened in Cork last month.
Director of Asset Management at Liffey Valley, Maeve Foley said: “We are thrilled that Liffey Valley is the first shopping centre in Ireland to welcome H&M HOME.
"H&M HOME will further add to the diverse and unique range of brands that Liffey Valley Shopping Centre provides for customers.
"This opening is very much in line with our strategy of creating a special shopping experience for visitors as the Centre celebrates 25 years of successful trading later this year," she added.
The latest opening at Liffey Valley comes after Portugese brand Salsa Jeans opened its first ever Irish shop in the shopping centre in July. The Portuguese brand is well known for their denim and full range of womenswear clothing.
