Comedian Joanne McNally has announced extra dates for her hilarious Prosecco Express shows at Dublin's Vicar Street.

The 38 year old Dublin comedian, who hosts the hugely popular My Therapist Ghosted Me podcast with Vogue Williams, is set to continue her string of dates at Vicar Street from February through to July.

Ticketmaster today announced two new shows for February 14 and 17.

Joanne McNally is perhaps one of the most successful comedians to come out of the city, having made multiple TV appearances in the UK and making audiences laugh at home and abroad for eight years now.

The Prosecco Express has sold over 70,000 tickets so far in the UK and Ireland including three sold-out appearances at the London Palladium.

Last year, Joanne signed a book deal with Penguin Books and is gearing up to release an anthology of her thoughts on dating, sex, ageing and other topics familiar with 30 something year olds.

The book, which is currently untitled, is slated for release in autumn 2023. Penguin describes the hotly anticipated release as "funny, irreverent and relatable, blending personal memoir with cultural and social observations examining why we do the things we do".

Joanne previously said that she "always wanted to write a book" and started her career wanting to be a journalist.

Tickets for Joanne's two extra Vicar Street gigs as well as remaining tickets for a number of other dates in July are on sale now on Ticketmaster.ie.
