RBK Chartered Accountants were delighted to welcome Michael McGrath TD, Minister for Finance, to officially open their new offices at Termini, Sandyford on Tuesday, 26th September.
Attended by over 200 guests from the business, finance, legal and banking sectors, the event firmly established RBK’s presence in the Sandyford business district.
Minister for Finance, Michael McGrath TD, gave the keynote address on the evening and Joe Cleary, Managing Partner with RBK, outlined the origins of the firm and the journey to the latest office.
Following a tour of our new offices, Minister McGrath engaged with some of RBK's graduate trainees who have joined the firm in recent weeks and wished them well as they embark on their new careers.
Commenting on the event, Minister McGrath said, "I was delighted to attend the official opening of the new RBK office in Sandyford, Dublin. This is a major milestone for the firm which was established over 65 years ago and which now employs an impressive 250 people across three locations in Athlone, Roscommon and here in Dublin. The growth of RBK is yet another example of the strength of the Irish indigenous business sector. It is my priority, and that of the Government, that we do everything we can to support Irish business and to encourage entrepreneurship. I want to congratulate Joe, Brendan and all the staff at RBK on the opening of their new office and I want to wish them all continued success in the future."
Joe Cleary commented, “Due to the continued growth in our client base and in our employee numbers, our Dublin team have recently moved to this best in class A-rated office building. We are absolutely delighted with our new offices here in Termini, in the heart of Sandyford’s business district, a place where our staff and colleagues can continue to grow and thrive and to provide a full range of professional services to our growing client base, both indigenous and international.”
As the evening drew to a close, RBK were pleased to present Sarah O’Callaghan from the LauraLynn Foundation with a donation towards the amazing work they do with children and young adults with life-limiting conditions by providing residential care. LauraLynn’s offices are within RBK’s neighbourhood district in Sandyford.
