Lockdown seems to have brought out the baker in all of us as people continue to whip up sweet treats.

But move over banana bread - the latest delicious snack to take the internet by storm is one that requires only three ingredients.

Eloise Head, known as  @fitwaffle  on Instagram and TikTok, recently started sharing indulgent recipes to her food accounts as part of an isolation baking project.

And one of her recipes in particular has caught foodies attention and has racked up millions of views.

Eloise's Oreo fudge recipe is so "delicious", that fans are calling it their "new favourite snack".

Ingredients

  • 1 tin of Condensed Milk (397g)
  • 510g White Chocolate - around five bars
  • 20 Oreos (crushed) - and save a couple for the topping
  • 8x10 inch tin
  • Greaseproof paper

Method

1. Pour one tin of condensed milk into a saucepan on a low heat

2. Add all of your white chocolate to the pan too

3. Stir the mix until the chocolate has completely melted - stirring regularly to stop it sticking to the base and burning

4. When the mixture has thickened, pop 20 crushed Oreos into the pan and fold so they're well incorporated

5. Pour the mix into a lined baking tray and quickly spread it to the edges

6. Add the rest of the crushed Oreos to the top of the mixture and push slighty so they stick

7. Leave the fudge to set at room temperature or put in the fridge if you can't wait that long  - and enjoy!
