With summer weather finally making its presence known there is nothing better than enjoying chilled cocktails with your friends in the sun.
With the pubs all closed, we have had to think of creative ways to make the most of the great weather.
This recipe for a berry gin smoothie is both delicious and super simple to make.
And what's more it's (sort of!) healthy as it contains plenty of fruit, so you can enjoy it without the guilt, SurreyLive reports.
You can customise your refreshing smoothie to suit your taste.
Serves one, takes five minutes to make
Ingredients:
- 50ml gin (we used Bloom London Dry Gin)
- 150ml cold water
- Handful of frozen berries
- Half a frozen banana
Method:
- Blitz everything together in a food processor.
- Serve in a glass or gin bowl if you have one and enjoy
