When are the credits paid?
The €450 credit was distributed across three payments of €150 each. These payments are as follows:
1. The initial installment will be issued between December 1 and December 31, 2023.
2. The second installment will be disbursed between January 1 and January 31, 2024.
3. The third installment is scheduled to be paid between March 1 and March 31, 2024.
The timing of your credit receipt is contingent upon your supplier's customary billing schedule. The credit might not be reflected on your initial bill within these payment periods, contingent upon your specific billing cycle.
Suppliers furnish precise information on their websites, detailing when the credit will be displayed on customers' bills. On your bill, you will observe a 'credit line' amounting to €137.61 (€150 excluding VAT).
The overall sum across the three installments is €412.84. For those using a prepay meter, your provider will dispatch a top-up code equivalent to the credit amount.
The credit is automatically processed, and there is no need for a separate application.
