People entitled to a second bonus payment can expect their money at the end of January 2024.
The government previously introduced a sizable package under Budget 2024 to tackle high living costs. A standard Christmas bonus worth 100 per cent of a person's standard welfare entitlement will be issued from December 4.
However, people on this payment will also be owed a new sum of money in the New Year. People can expect to receive their second bonus payment the week of January 29, Cork Beo reports.
