These are hard times for the hospitality industry, with pubs and restaurants apparently closed until August at the very earliest. However, some of the more enterprising businesses are finding ways to keep going, by taking online or phone orders to keep thirsty customers happy.
We've put together a list of the pubs and breweries doing deliveries during the coronavirus crisis - if you can't get to the pub, then let the pub come to you.
57 The Headline, Clanbrassil Street
Based on Clanbrassil Street, 57 The Headline will deliver beer, wine, spirits and snacks nationwide – minimum order €30. More details.
Anti Social, Francis Street
The Liberties cocktail bar is offering collection or delivery on a range of classic cocktails. More details.
Bar 1661, off Capel Street
This city centre cocktail bar is going high-brow with its delivery services – pre-mixed cocktails and 50ml whiskey drams from the country’s best distilleries. Order on WhatsApp – 0858041991 – and on their webshop when it’s ready. More details.
The Back Page, Phibsborough
The Bodytonic bar on Phibsborough Road is going all-out with a full takeaway menu of pizza and drinks, including cocktails. They're also doing a €125 'Pub In A Box' that includes drinks, glasses, pizza, snacks, a board game, t-shirts and even a playlist to soundtrack your session. More details.
The Big Romance, Parnell Street
The Parnell Street establishment is selling boxes of cans from craft brewers, draught beer in refillable growlers, wine, spirits, branded glasses – and half-price bar tabs for when they reopen. More details.
Brewdog Dublin, Docklands
Craft beer giant Brewdog opened their Dublin bar in mid-December so the crisis has been particularly badly timed for them. In the meantime, they are taking orders for delivery from their extensive range of cans. More details.

All of these venues are run by craft beer brewery BRÚ, and you can get food and drinks delivered from any of them via the same website – just choose which venue you want after you’ve entered your address. More details.

The Fourth Corner, Patrick Street
This stylish place just outside the city centre is offering "brunch, cocktails, craft beers, wines direct to your door" - order before 10pm for next day delivery. More details.
Graingers Hanlons Corner, Cabra/Stoneybatter
The Cabra pub have had plenty of publicity after they became the first pub in the country to deliver pints to thirsty customers. All draught beers are available - phone 018384181 to place your order. More details.
Lenehan's Bar & Grill, Rathmines
This Rathmines pub is delivering freshly-poured pints as well as other drinks and food - catch them on Deliveroo or email hello@lenehansbarandgrill.com
Mother Reilly's, Rathmines
The Rathmines pub will come to your door and pull a choice of Guinness or Heineken for €5.50 a pint - phone 01 497 5486 to place your order. They also have a full takeaway food menu, including a kids' menu
L.Mulligan Grocer, Stoneybatter
The Stoneybatter bar and grocer is doing a range of delivery options at the moment, including beer cans, cocktail kits and cheese boards. They have been experimenting with growlers too, so expect to see draught beer added to the options. Delivery is currently restricted to Dublin 7. More details.
Peggy Kelly’s, Harold's Cross
The Harold’s Cross pub’s off licence is still open, and they are also doing contactless collection and delivery – with a huge range and lots of special offers. More details.
Rascals Brewing, Inchicore
Inchicore craft brewery Rascals is selling trays of beer and fresh pizza from the kitchen. More details.
Urban Brewing, Custom House Quay
The brewpub and restaurant, based in the CHQ centre on Custom House Quay, is doing a wide-ranging delivery service that includes ‘crowlers’ – large cans filled to order with the draught beer of your choice. More details.
The Virgin Mary, Capel Street
Ireland’s first permanent alcohol-free bar has launched an online store with a wide range of zero percent or low-alcohol beers, ciders, and even aperitifs and spirits. They've also put together an 'Alcohol-Free Starter Kit' containing all the ingredients needed to make one of a selection of virgin cocktails. Order here.
Whiplash Brewery, Cherry Orchard
Another Dublin brewery, Whiplash is selling trays of cans direct to beer fans. They’re doing next-day delivery if you get your order in before midday, Monday to Thursday. More details.

The Aussie-themed sports bar on Parnell Street is offering drinks and food for delivery – 5pm-9pm daily. More details.
