Is anyone else finding that their normal eating schedule has gone out the window on lockdown?
Leftover pizza for breakfast, cereal for dinner, and handfuls of chocolate buttons at all times of day - whatever it takes to make the days a little brighter.
Now we've found a brilliant recipe for ice cream that's healthy enough to eat for breakfast, fulfilling all your childhood culinary dreams.
The super-simple recipe only calls for one ingredient, though you can add all sorts of extra flavours and toppings.
It also requires minimal equipment, so there's no need to go shopping for an ice cream machine.
The end result is gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and processed sugar-free.
To make this healthy, easy ice cream, all you need to do is freeze some ripe bananas, then blend them up to a creamy consistency.
You can add a splash of milk to get it extra smooth, and all sorts of extra ingredients.
The ice cream will probably have a similar texture to soft-serve ice cream, but you can pop it back into the freezer to firm up again if you like.
Add in cocoa powder and a drop of vanilla extract, or a spoonful of peanut butter to make it a perfect dessert treat.
Or for breakfasts, a handful of blueberries or strawberries make for an extra fruity start to the day.

You could also experiment with coconut cream and pineapple for a pina colada flavoured ice cream.
Unlike some other frozen fruits, the ice cream is smooth and creamy rather than flaky, thanks to the naturally high pectin content in bananas.
